We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You should understand that all articles that I (Shaylee) write are copyright protected. If you use or steal my work intentionally without referencing me you are breaking this Agreement.
The Passionless Introvert encourages open and honest conversations and understands that just because you disagree with someone that doesn’t make you a hateful person. There are respectful ways to disagree with a person. That said, there are certain guidelines that will be included in this Comment Policy.
First, The Passionless Introvert will delete any comments that are made by “trolls,” including comments made by impersonation of another person or company. The Passionless Introvert has the authority to delete comments on the Service that include any vulgar, libel, slander, sexist, racist, and homophobic comments. In other words, be smart and polite, and use common sense when commenting on the Service.
You are welcome to promote your own blog or website in the comment section as long as you are engaging in related questions to The Passionless Introvert. Basically, don’t just leave a comment to promote your blog or website, unless you are engaging in The Passionless Introvert’s blog topics.
These Terms shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Iowa and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provisions of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision will take place we will create a blog post that will talk about the updated version of this Terms of Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
